Allen Greiner, the founder of ThermaGuard, has been in the home improvement business for over 37 years.  He handles our product specifications, which involves researching new innovations and evaluating competing products to find the very best values for our customers.  Listed in Who's Who, he is a technical expert with expertise regarding all phases of home construction.  With a background in both Sales and Accounting, he loves to meet with customers to work up estimates and find solutions to their problems.  Due to his extensive experience, he is a true opinion leader in the industry and specializes in consulting on complex projects.

His wife of 36 years, Marilyn, has a background in Marketing. She has been with ThermaGuard for eighteen years. She does a lot of customer telephone contact and helps route customers to the right personnel.  She handles job scheduling and is in charge of purchasing. Handling the financial aspects of the business is second nature to her as she uses her expertise to hold down costs and keep the overhead low for the benefit or our customers.  

Oldest son, Michael, is a technical specialist and handles quality control for our customers.  With ThermaGuard for over eighteen years, he can be seen on jobs from roofs to siding, from sunroom construction jobs to the smallest roof repairs, making sure everything is being done correctly.  He is our in-house consumer advocate and has never found a roof leak he could not solve.  He is an expert at storm and hail damage inspection.  Michael is known in the company for being a perfectionist and can be seen on Home and Garden Television's "Curb Appeal The Block".

Second son, Jason, is in charge of project estimating and sales for the company.  Jason has a business administration background and has been with ThermaGuard for over 18 years.  He uses very precise standards with his estimates, which helps hold down costs for our customers.  Jason is an excellent project designer and has a real eye for combining elements to achieve optimal visual results.  He is well versed in all elements of construction and is qualified to advise customers on what projects make the best investments.

Third son, Chris, is in customer service and is usually the first person you will speak with on the phone concerning your needs.  He has a computer technology background and has been with ThermaGuard for over five years.  He handles issuing warranties to our customers and maintains databases of all our projects containing information relating to warranties.  Keeping schedules for estimates and prioritizing customer needs is in Chris's domain.
